Scope
This policy applies to brokerage, registration, renewal, transfer, and configuration of domain names and DNS records when the client contracts those services with or through ConlineWeb.
Ownership, renewal, transfers, and DNS pointing.
Important notice: This document is issued under applicable Mexican law for digital services and consumer relationships. It does not replace personalized legal advice. Terms agreed in writing in quotes, purchase orders, or signed contracts prevail when more favorable to the client and not contrary to law.
This policy applies to brokerage, registration, renewal, transfer, and configuration of domain names and DNS records when the client contracts those services with or through ConlineWeb.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the registrant / owner of the domain is the client (or the person/company they designate on the registration form). ConlineWeb acts as intermediary or technical/administrative contact as authorized.
The client must provide accurate WHOIS/registrant data and keep it updated. Inaccuracy may lead to suspension or loss of the domain under registrar or ICANN/.mx policies.
Renewal is the client’s responsibility. ConlineWeb may send reminders, but lack of notice does not relieve the client of timely renewal or create liability for expiration, grace, redemption, or loss of the name.
Registrar renewal, restore, or redemption fees are billed to the client as stated in the service order. Domains already registered or renewed with third parties are typically non-refundable (see also the Refund Policy).
The client authorizes ConlineWeb to configure nameservers and DNS records needed for the contracted service (A, CNAME, MX, TXT, etc.). Client-requested changes may take 24–72 hours to propagate.
DNS changes by the client or third parties may interrupt email, web, or SSL; ConlineWeb is not liable for those effects except for a documented error in a change it executed.
To transfer a domain out of ConlineWeb management, the client must be current on payments, request the EPP/Auth code, and meet registrar locks or waiting periods (for example, 60 days after registration or a prior transfer).
ConlineWeb will provide reasonably available transfer information once the contract holder’s identity is validated.
Canceling hosting does not automatically cancel or release the domain. The client must state in writing whether they want to renew, transfer, or let the domain expire.
Deletion of hosting data follows the Hosting Data Deletion Policy.
ConlineWeb does not guarantee a domain name is available at the time of request, and is not liable for UDRP/LDRP disputes, third-party cybersquatting, or registrar decisions outside its control.
