Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets the rules for using hosting, email, storage, and related resources supplied or brokered by ConlineWeb. Breach may result in a warning, immediate suspension, or cancellation without refund of periods already consumed.

It is strictly prohibited to use the account to:

• Store, distribute, or link illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent content, or content that infringes third-party rights (IP, image, privacy).
• Phishing, malware, ransomware, botnets, unauthorized vulnerability scanning, or attacks on third parties.
• Spam, unsolicited bulk email, or purchased lists without demonstrable consent.
• Cryptocurrency mining, open proxies, unauthorized commercial VPNs, or resale of resources without a contract.
• Child sexual exploitation material, hate advocacy, or any content that constitutes a crime under Mexican law.
• Activities that create abusive load (CPU, RAM, I/O, inodes, connections) affecting other clients.

The client must keep CMS, plugins, and dependencies updated; use strong passwords; limit access; and report security incidents immediately to info@conlineweb.com.

ConlineWeb may apply containment measures (quarantine, IP blocks, script disablement) when it detects account compromise, without that constituting an admission of liability.

Daily send limits, mailbox size, and antispam policies of the infrastructure provider apply to the client. Commercial email must comply with applicable Mexican law (including consent where required).

Accounts with excessive bounce, spam complaints, or blacklist listings may be restricted or suspended.

ConlineWeb may investigate abuse reports and cooperate with authorities when a valid request exists. The client must respond within a reasonable time to information requests about account use.

Depending on severity:

1. Notice and cure period.
2. Temporary suspension of services (web, email, or both).
3. Permanent cancellation and technical deletion under the Hosting Data Deletion Policy.

Repeat offenses or imminent risk to infrastructure allow immediate suspension without prior notice.

This AUP is read together with the Terms & Conditions, Managed Hosting Policy, Backups & Continuity Policy, and Domains & DNS Policy. On unlawful use or technical abuse, this AUP prevails for operational suspension purposes.
